Return/Cancellation Policy

We value our customer's satisfaction and feedback and will be happy to assist in processing a return for the item delivered to you. 

Returns will be accepted only if the product is in original packaging, unused, unworn and with all tags intact. This will be verified at our headquarters after we receive the product. 

1. Simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing us at returns@safetysecuritysurvival.com.
2. The customer is responsible for all return shipment/freight charges, you will need ship the item at your own expense. Include original proof of purchase. Send your item to: 531 Charlwood Ct. Spring Creek, Nevada US 89815. Email your tracking number for better service. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it and found it to be in new/unused condition, we will issue you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other charges.
4. Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the above process for exchanges. Include photographs of the defective or damaged good with correspondence.

For cancellations, email us within 24 hours of your order to cancel. We cannot process any cancellations after this time.
